To secure your booking dates, we will require a 20% deposit of the Charter cost. with the balance payable one month prior to the trip.
We take the risk of COVID 19 seriously and we take all practicable steps to ensure everybody’s safety. All staff are fully vaccinated, and presentation of My Vaccine Pass for all eligible passengers is required before departure.
If you have a face covering or vaccination exemption, please contact us to discuss.

1 month or more prior to trip - full refund less the deposit.
Less than 1 month - no refund.
If however the cancelled trip time can be resold by
Fiordland Charters Ltd., a full refund of monies
paid less a $500 administration fee applies.
Cancellation in event of Fiordland Charters being unable to operate the charter: A full refund of monies paid will be made in the event of gear failure, vessel damage or any other factor beyond our reasonable control requiring cancellation of the charter. In the event of partial cancellation of a trip e.g. starting a day late or finishing early, Fiordland Charters Ltd. will provide a refund for the missed days. Fiordland Charters cannot be held liable for any monies paid over and above the monies paid to Fiordland Charters, for example, airline fares.
Fishing/Diving Extraction policy
The taking of scallops, paua, crayfish, mussels and fishes as well as being within the fisheries regulations will only be taken to supplement meals for passengers aboard.
No fin-fish, nor Shell-fish and crayfish to be taken out of Fiordland Waters.
We are bound by the 2019 Fiordland Charter vessel Fishing code of conduct and Fiordland Marine Guardians policy of "Fish for a feed"

While we supply tanks, weights and carry emergency oxygen equipment, this is not a guided diving trip. Each diver as
well as having a current diving ticket is completely
responsible for their own actions.
Each hunter should have the appropriate firearms license and have obtained a DOC permit for Fiordland prior to the trip
